Classes at The Little Yogashala are inspired by the structural sequence of the Mysore Ashtanga Vinyasa style and the alignment focus with/without props of the Iyengar style. So, what you will experience is a class where the breath initiates movement, and which is adapted to each individual body type and need.

We strive to create a safe but, at the same time, challenging environment in our classes through the use of adjustments and props to reduce any risk of injury.

Group sessions are limited to 4 students, thereby creating a very personalized experience for each student. Our aim is to allow every student to internalize and discover their body, breath, and mind and enable them to move and live with new-found awareness.
